Mino Games was started a decade ago to take advantage of this explosive growth and build the next mega-franchise. Since those early days, we’ve built four successful games, Mino Monsters 1 & 2, Cat Game, and Dog Game – each of them generating tens of millions in revenue. Our mega-hit Cat Game has achieved more than 13 Million downloads and is universally loved by our players. We have also built an amazing team along the way.

A Decade later, we see a new tectonic shift happening in gaming. Blockchain and AI promises to change the industry far more than mobile games did – it has unlocked the potential to acquire customers and retain them at low to no costs by connecting developers directly with their community. In 2022, we raised $15 million to double down on our mission from some of the biggest names in gaming and crypto, including Bing Gordon, Don Mattrick, and Standard Crypto.

One of the most important roles we are hiring for right now is a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our Engineering team. A core part of our new franchise will be our web portal which will be the home of news, characters, marketplace, sales and as the name suggests, a portal into our game. The Senior Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for architecting, building, and continuously improving the web portal.

🛠 You will:

1. Build and Manage our beautiful websites

   1. Create efficient and scalable React, NodeJS, and Typescript code to enable proper documentation and unit tests and maintain high data quality standards

   2. Implement web portal designs provided by product and design

2. Manage back end development & deployment

   1. Create a scalable and low-cost back end infrastructure

   2. Load test, optimize and scale the back end

   3. Manage deployments and migration as the web app evolves over time

3. Documentation

   1. Create robust and clear TDD’s for any architectural changes, and clearly communicate those to other developers and product

   2. Create and maintain high quality documentation in confluence related to all full stack processes, coding standards, and architecture

   3. Test the documentation when onboarding new engineers

4. Create, document, follow and improve engineering standards
   1. Including:

      1. PRs

      2. Deployments

      3. Coding style

      4. Unit testing

      5. Bugs, epics & user stories

5. Support your team

   1. Conduct code reviews

   2. Conduct feature handoffs

   3. Help train and answer questions of other full stack developers
